Holistic Bodywork Therapist, Mind-Body Coach, Owner

Sarah Hey Cooper

Sarah supports people on their healing journey towards greater wellness of body and mind. As a therapeutic bodywork therapist and mind-body coach she works with people who:

  • Are looking to experience more ease in and connectedness with their bodies.
  • Experience chronic pain, tension or other persistent symptoms that may be medically mysterious and/or resistant to treatment.

Sarah’s priority is to come alongside your nervous system in support of  getting to the root of your symptoms. As such, her work is deep yet gentle, both in body and in mind. Her approach is trauma informed and helps her clients to reconnect with a sense of integrated wholeness.

Let's discover...

Are we a good fit?

Are you experiencing any of the following?

  • Your symptoms can lead you to feeling frustrated, stuck, hypervigilant, or hopeless
  • Feel limited by your symptoms and are ready for that to change
  • What you’ve already tried either hasn’t helped or has only helped somewhat / temporarily
  • May have even already consulted at least one medical provider, but to no avail
  • You’re ready to get to the root of what’s going on

We are more likely to be a good fit if you are open to exploring how your symptoms could be related to or influenced by mind-body factors, such as any of the following:

  • How you handle stress
  • How past challenging experiences have affected you
  • Habits such as perfectionism, worry, people pleasing, intensity,  putting pressure on yourself, or self criticism
  • Difficult emotions
  • A high level of sensitivity
  • Patterns of nervous system disregulation
  • Your self-care habits
If this sounds like you, then together we can support your system in opening to lasting positive transformations.

May we soften the stuck places

with compassionate curiosity

and intentional presence.

 May we have the courage

to release what is no longer needed,

making a way for new life to flow in.

May we enliven the inner

spark of radiance within,

ready to bring alive our

fullest versions of selves into being.
