Let's discover...
Are we a good fit?
Are you experiencing any of the following?
- Your symptoms can lead you to feeling frustrated, stuck, hypervigilant, or hopeless
- Feel limited by your symptoms and are ready for that to change
- What you’ve already tried either hasn’t helped or has only helped somewhat / temporarily
- May have even already consulted at least one medical provider, but to no avail
- You’re ready to get to the root of what’s going on
We are more likely to be a good fit if you are open to exploring how your symptoms could be related to or influenced by mind-body factors, such as any of the following:
- How you handle stress
- How past challenging experiences have affected you
- Habits such as perfectionism, worry, people pleasing, intensity, putting pressure on yourself, or self criticism
- Difficult emotions
- A high level of sensitivity
- Patterns of nervous system disregulation
- Your self-care habits
May we soften the stuck places
with compassionate curiosity
and intentional presence.
May we have the courage
to release what is no longer needed,
making a way for new life to flow in.
May we enliven the inner
spark of radiance within,
ready to bring alive our
fullest versions of selves into being.
